There's so much to do here at Boone Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Woodridge Park is a wonderful site for that, and a perfect nearby hotel is Holiday Inn PENSACOLA-N DAVIS HWY. Some close by water includes Beale Creek; if you need a site to stay Value Place Penascola is a perfect choice. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Stubbs Lake, and close       to Boone Lake you hit upon a golf course called Scenic Hills Country Club. Any time is a fine time at Boone Lake if you go for the outdoors. The wonderful people of Pensacola-Ferry Pass-Brent like to hang out close by. Lots of rain falls at Boone Lake; July is the wettest month with most rain, and October meanwhile is the driest month.
