Blue Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Blue Lake. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 70's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 70's, and night lows at Blue Lake all through the winter typically plunge into the 40's. Camping is available at Highlands Hammock State Park, and unsurprisingly, this is a great vicinity for people who like lakes, Lake Apthorp is a lake in the vicinity. This lake

| | is so wonderful. Near Blue Lake you find a golf course called Crystal Creek Country Club, and if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites LAKE PLACID is a fine choice.
