If you want to hit the beach, Bonita Beach is around here; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Bear Harbor Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Keaton Beach Campsites is a great local campground, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites PERRY is a       tremendous site to get some rest. Bird Pond commonly gets much rainfall; the wettest month of the year is mostly July, that's the one that rains the most, and October is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Bird Pond throughout the days of summer are in the 90's, and through the night it cools down to the 70's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 60's while the cold winter nights at Bird Pond are in the 40's.
