Comfort Suites Orlando is a glorious site to get some rest, and at Big Sand Lake you always meet someone from Orlando. Big Sand Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Camping at Big Sand Lake is great fun, Yogi Bear's Jellystone Camp is a great local campground, and after a       long day outdoors Embassy Suites Hotel Orlando-International Dr/Convention Center is a great spot to spend a night or two. Disney's Fort wilderness Resort is a great campground here. This lake is so wonderful. You could also stop by Lake Crowell while you're here at Big Sand Lake; it's close by, and golf can be played at Falcon's Fire Golf Club. High temperatures at Big Sand Lake all through the summer are in the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down                  to the 70's.
