There's so much to do here at Bethea Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lee's Country       Campground is a splendid place for that. Bethea Lake is a wet site that gets a lot of rain; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is October. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Falling Creek, and there's whitewater on Suwannee River for all you adrenaline junkies. Bethea Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Shady Grove Mobile Home Park                  is a pleasant local campground, and you'll possibly meet some people from Lake City here. Summertime brings highs in the 90's to Bethea Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 70's.
