     If you need a place to stay Super 8 Chipley is a delightful choice, and Anderson Pond is not the only place close by, Corkwood Pond is a close by lake. The high level of rainfall makes Anderson Pond a relatively wet location; through the month of July you get the most rain around here while October is ordinarily the driest month. Williams Branch is a nice place to visit. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Anderson Pond has to offer, you can camp  
   at Paradise Lakes Resort. Summer brings highs in the 90's to Anderson Pond. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. Highs during the winter are regularly in the 60's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Anderson Pond dip into the 30's.
After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites is a good location to spend a night or two, and there are swamps here too, Caps Bay is in close proximity. Man, is there loads of cool stuff to
 
               do close to Anderson Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something close to Anderson Pond? Hogpen Pond is close by; Anderson Pond is a delightful site to visit for more than one day, Dogwood Acres is a delightful site to camp nearby.
