Take a little tour to Iron Branch if you're here at       Waples Pond, and while you're here, do take a visit to Ballast Point. There's so much to do here at Waples Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Shawn's Hideaway Trailer is a good spot for that, and the cheerful people of Seaford like to hang out close by. At Waples Pond through the summer months highs are in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 40's; night                  lows at Waples Pond through the winter mostly plunge into the 20's.
