Summer at McGinnis Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's while McGinnis Pond overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the 20's. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool stuff

 | We visited Killen Pond and stayed for a week in one of their cabins. It was a most enjoyable stay. The cabin was comfortable and the park surrounding were amazingly beautiful. We had access to a paddleboat and dock which we used every day in addition, we brought our bikes and took a bike ride every morning. We loved it and would highly reccommend it to couples or family vacation.... |

My wife and I retired here to Haven Lake, we have renamed it ''Heaven Lake'' It is quite peaceful and a fisherman or nature lover's paradise. The fish jump right out of the water! I am not kidding you. The species of birds and wildlife are amazing. My wife and I take an early morning boatride and seldom see another boater. It's like having this beautiful 82 acre premier fishing lake to ourselves. We respect and appreciate every inch of it....
Haven lake is a great lake i would know its right by my house you can go boating or you can fish off of the bridge!!!!!!... |
