All the water falling down from the sky makes Logwood Pond a wet location; most of the rain falls during August, and the driest of the months is February. If you have a thing about the outdoors, you'll like Logwood Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Heritage Inn and Golf Club. Lots of people from Seaford come to Logwood Pond, and let's not forget Iron Branch which is a stream that you may run into       while you're here. The warmest time of the year at Logwood Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's while nighttime lows are mostly in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; nighttime lows at Logwood Pond all through the winter generally drop into the 20's.
