This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Beaverdam Creek is a stream you can stop at while you're here. Lots of precipitation falls at Horseshoe Pond; all through August this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is February. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. If you like swamps, you're in luck, Broken Marshes is right nearby; Heritage       Inn and Golf Club is a magnificent site to get some rest. Eagles Nest Family Camp Ground is a splendid local campground; if you need a site to stay Sleep Inn & Suites is a perfect choice. Fowler Beach is a beach right next door to Horseshoe Pond that you can take a look at, and a spree to Broadkill Neck is always a perfect idea. Lakes are delightful; Fleetwood Pond is a lake that's close to Horseshoe Pond, and if you're a golfer then a magnificent nearby                  course is Midway Par 3 Golf Course. Through the warmest time of the year at Horseshoe Pond highs are usually in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 60's.
