Haven Lake
1 PHOTO My wife and I retired here to Haven Lake, we have renamed it ''Heaven Lake'' It is quite peaceful and a fisherman or nature lover's paradise. The fish jump right out of the water! I am not kidding you. The species of birds and wildlife are amazing. My wife and I take an early morning boatride and seldom see another boater. It's like having this beautiful 82 acre premier fishing lake to ourselves. We respect and appreciate every inch of it.... Haven lake is a great lake i would know its right by my house you can go boating or you can fish off of the bridge!!!!!!...

Killen Pond
11 miles away We visited Killen Pond and stayed for a week in one of their cabins. It was a most enjoyable stay. The cabin was comfortable and the park surrounding were amazingly beautiful. We had access to a paddleboat and dock which we used every day in addition, we brought our bikes and took a bike ride every morning. We loved it and would highly reccommend it to couples or family vacation....
Red Mill Pond
14 miles away Well the way we used to get rid of our lillie pads back in Sartoga by taken maple syrup and spreadin it realll thick across the pad see. Then the bees come and drop their exsciment all over it then the birds use the bee doo doo to wallow and wash in. This upsets and disturbs the delicate texture of the top ''pad'' of the lillie; henceforth, the lillie dies....Who do I contact about controlling the lillie pad growth on Red Mill Pond? They have taken over parts of the canals off of the pond and make it difficult to get our boat out to the main pond. Is there a branch of the county that can spray to control the lillie pads?...
