Balders Pond gets lots of water; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is September. If you came for an overnight stay Delaware Seashore State Park is a delightful site to camp; nothing beats kicking back at Bethany Beach. Throughout the long summer days at Balders Pond highs are mostly in the 80's while       overnight lows are mostly in the 60's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows at Balders Pond during the wintertime regularly dip into the 20's. You clearly must adore Balders Pond. Sandycove Campground is a tremendous campground nearby, and why not take a little trip to Bacon Island Creek since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Beach Cove is not far from Balders Pond at all, of course you could also take a look at Fresh Pond                  if you're here; it's not far at all. right next door to Balders Pond you'll hit upon a wooded neighborhood called Lynch Thicket, and there are swamps here too, Big Ditch is close by. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Bay Club Golf Club is close at hand, and Best Western Gold Leaf is a glorious place to get some rest. There are plenty of people from Seaford here at Balders Pond.
