Woodruffs Pond is a nice lake to visit. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Woodruffs Pond. The summit of Mount Carmel can be seen from Woodruffs Pond; why not go to Butterworth Dam if you're here. If you need a site to stay Carriage House Studio Apts is a great choice, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Quinnipiac Trail.

There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Mount Southington, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Naugatuck Trail. Drift down the rapids of Farmington River - Collinsville in a kayak; after a long day outdoors Hamden-Days Inn is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two.

outdoors. A round of golf at nearby Sleeping Giant Golf Course is a perfect way to kill some time, and camping is available at National Computer Camps. Powder Ridge has glorious slopes and a friendly staff, and Woodruffs Pond is not
the only place nearby, Clarks Pond is a nearby lake. A spree to Sleeping Giant State Park revives the spirit, unsurprisingly you could also go to Axle Shop Pond since you're here; it's not far at all.
Woodruffs Pond is a location
with many visitors from New Haven-Milford, and going for a hike along the Regicides Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. For the period of the summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Woodruffs Pond. Through
the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Woodruffs Pond are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Gentile's
Camp Ground while you're here at Woodruffs Pond, and unsurprisingly Butterworth Brook is a pretty stream that is worth checking out.
