The summit of Mount Carmel can be seen from Woodruffs Pond; why not go to Butterworth Dam if you're here. the only place nearby, Clarks Pond is a nearby lake. A spree to Sleeping Giant State Park revives the spirit, unsurprisingly you could also go to Axle Shop Pond since you're here; it's not far at all. Woodruffs Pond is a location
with many visitors from New Haven-Milford, and going for a hike along the Regicides Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. For the period of the summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Woodruffs Pond. Through
the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Woodruffs Pond are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Gentile's
Camp Ground while you're here at Woodruffs Pond, and unsurprisingly Butterworth Brook is a pretty stream that is worth checking out.
