     There are pleasant spots to discover along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit East Aspetuck River. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Wewaka Brook Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Waramaug State Park is a brilliant site for that, and there are plenty of people from Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk here. Collis P. Huntington State Park is a magnificent site, and if you need a location  
   to stay Twin Tree Inn is a fine choice. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at Wewaka Brook Pond; June is when you get the most rain here while January is commonly the driest month.
Wewaka Brook Pond Dam is a location that is close to Wewaka Brook Pond, and good skiing awaits you at Thunder Ridge. Through the warm days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Wewaka Brook Pond. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. For
 
               the duration of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Wewaka Brook Pond. What a location this is for outdoors folks. If you come at the right time of year, Shepaug River offers some delightful whitewater, and if the weather is lovely, you get a fine vista of Hut Hill from Wewaka Brook Pond.
This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Stony Hill Inn is a magnificent site to spend a night or two; skiing at Woodbury is one of those things you just ought to do. Wewaka Brook Pond truly is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Sunset Hill Golf Club, and Lake Hayward is a tremendous lake nearby. A gorgeous lake like Roe Pond in the neighborhood of Wewaka Brook Pond is a great spot to visit, and it's a tremendous idea to pop by Dingle Brook.
Going for a hike on the Mattatuck Trail is always a wonderful adventure. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Wewaka Brook Pond has to offer, you can camp at Buck's Rock Camp.
