hand, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Munyan Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Mashamoquet Brook State Park, and a good close by hotel is Inn At Woodstock Hill. Wappaquasset Pond sees pretty
high levels of rain; November is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is February. Mashamoquet Brook State Park is worth checking out if you're at Wappaquasset Pond; you'll meet a lot of folks from Willimantic here.

Wappaquasset Pond; a journey to Woodstock Town Beach is always a brilliant idea. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Wappaquasset Pond has to offer, you can camp at Wolf Den Campground; glide down the rapids of Natchaug River in a kayak.
