While you're here at Unionville Reservoir, you could also pop by stunning Unionville Upper Reservoir; hiking along the Tunxis Trail is perfect fun. This lake is so wonderful. You can make out Huckleberry Hill from Unionville Reservoir; if you're interested in hydro structures, you can check out Unionville Reservoir Upper Dam. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Farmington River - Collinsville.
