This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Hammonasset River is so much fun, and hey, Gotta ski right? Mount Southington is a good place to do that. Town Millpond is a pretty wet place frequently with a large amount of rain; April is when you get the most rain here while February is frequently the driest month.       This is a nice area for people who like lakes. Witch Hazel Millpond is a lake in the vicinity, and you can stay the night at Riverdale Camp Sites. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Town Millpond. Spend the day on the beach at Circle Beach while you're here at Town Millpond, and Town Millpond is a place with many visitors from New Haven-Milford. Dry warm beds await you at Tower Inn and Suites, and Hammonasset Beach State Park                  is a pleasant campground nearby. If you're here at Town Millpond, you could stop at East River, and why not stop at Guilford Lakes Lower Dam since you're here. For the duration of the months of summer here at Town Millpond, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Town Millpond descend into the 10's. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Town Millpond. Chatfield Hollow State Park is a great spot to explore, and why not have a look at Indian Cove also if you're here. Comfort Inn Guilford is a good location to get some rest, and The Cove is an attention-grabbing swamp close to Town Millpond. This lake is so wonderful. At Town Millpond you can see Hungry Hill. Lakes are good; Bishops Pond is a lake that's next to Town Millpond. Good hiking is available along the West Woods Trail, and the slopes of Powder Ridge are so inviting noone can resist. This lake is so wonderful.
