    Taylor Pond is a lake worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from Willimantic come to Taylor Pond. If you need a location to stay Nathan Hale Inn And Conference Center is a fine choice, and a pleasant place like Mansfield Hollow State Park is too tremendous to leave out. Summertime at Taylor Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows  
   in the 10's to Taylor Pond.
Much precipitation falls at Taylor Pond; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Holt Mountain is stunning and can be spotted from Taylor Pond; do pop by Bissonnette Pond Dam while you're here. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. Moosemeadow Camping Resort is a brilliant campground nearby; not far from Taylor Pond you'll
 
               locate Drobney Pond which is a beautiful lake.
There's whitewater on Natchaug River for all you adrenaline kick people, and a quick trip to Curtis Brook is certainly a magnificent idea. Dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Willington, and Taylor Pond is a tremendous place to visit for more than one day, Wilderness Lake is a tremendous place to camp nearby. Get your heart beating on the wonderful whitewater of Quaboag River. Lakes are perfect; Gaines Pond is a lake that's near Taylor Pond.
