Float down the rapids of Quinebaug River in a kayak, and if you came to camp Charlie Brown Campground is a magnificent place to do that. What a place this is for outdoors folks. There's so much to do here at Tatem Company Ponds that you need to camp here for a while, Peppertree Camping is a glorious location for that, and get wet paddling on Natchaug River. | |

At Tatem Company Ponds throughout the summertime months highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 30's with temperatures at Tatem Company Ponds dipping down
into the 10's through winter nights. Tatem Company Ponds is close to Kenyon Pond Dam which is a striking place unquestionably worth going to; after a long day outdoors The Inn at Woodstock Hill is a wonderful site to spend a night
