Lakes are nice; Camp Delaware Pond is a lake that's near Sucker Brook Reservoir, and Quality Inn & Suites is a wonderful spot to get some rest. Why not go to Bristol Cove also while you're here, and there are plenty of people from Torrington here at Sucker Brook Reservoir. Sucker Brook Reservoir typically gets a lot of precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is January. If only every site had this much

lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Laurel Crest Campground if you're here at Sucker Brook Reservoir; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Crystal Lake. High temperatures at Sucker Brook
Reservoir during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Sucker Brook Reservoir
are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Colebrook Brook is a scenic stream that is worth stopping at, and Ski Sundown is a very popular ski area close at hand. Take a hike on the Mattatuck Trail; you can run the rapids of Sandy Brook River.
