    The beauty of Staffordville Reservoir is reason enough to stop by. Staffordville Reservoir is a wet place that gets a large amount of rain; most of the rain falls during May, and the driest month is February. Having a nice time at Staffordville Reservoir is trouble-free. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Natchaug River, and of course, everyone loves Bigelow Hollow State Park. This lake is so  
   wonderful.
Staffordville Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Roaring Brook Campground is a good local campground, and Nathan Hale Inn And Conference Center is a perfect place to get some rest. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Staffordville Reservoir temperatures are frequently in the 80's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Staffordville
 
               Reservoir. If you need a location to stay Rodeway Inn Willington is a tremendous choice, and it's a good idea to pop by Alden Brook.
This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Mineral Springs Family Campground is always a great experience, and Quaboag River is a glorious whitewater spot nearby. Staffordville Reservoir Dam has nice water scenery and it's in close proximity to Staffordville Reservoir; Colburn Hill is clearly visible from Staffordville Reservoir. Swamps like Cedar Swamp are fun to go to. Lakes? Sure, Ruby Lake is close at hand.
