This lake is so wonderful. Visit Branch Brook if you're here at Sabo Pond. Lakes are great; Ashford Lake is a lake that's close to Sabo Pond. For the period of the summer months highs here at Sabo Pond get into the 80's, and the nighttime is a tad chillier       of course, commonly in the 50's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Sabo Pond. If you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Natchaug River, and Sabo Pond is a spot with many visitors from Willimantic. And that's not all you can do here at Sabo Pond. A visit to Bigelow Hollow State Park when you're here at Sabo Pond is a brilliant idea, and if you need a place                  to stay Rodeway Inn Willington is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. Quinebaug River has a magnificent whitewater paddling spot close by, and you can stay the night at Peppertree Camping. Travelodge Sturbridge is a perfect location to get some rest, and the summit of Bucket Hill can be seen from Sabo Pond. Sabo Pond is a great place to visit for more than one day, Charlie Brown Campground is a great place to camp nearby; you're possibly into lakes, Harakleys Pond is one of those close by.
