Reservoir. Do visit Crystal Lake close to Rugg Brook Reservoir, it's a delightful lake, and there are some fine whitewater spots on Sandy Brook River. This lake is so wonderful. At Rugg Brook Reservoir you can catch a glimpse of Babb
Hill, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Mill Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Mattatuck Trail is always a delightful adventure, and skiing at Otis Ridge is one of those things you just
must do. Rugg Brook Reservoir gets a great deal of water; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while January is ordinarily the driest month. Very charming scenery and glorious skiing is what you get
at Ski Sundown, and Camp Delaware Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to. If you need a place to stay Quality Inn & Suites is a good choice, and there is a great hiking trail nearby called the Mattatuck Trail.
