Beautiful Rogers Pond has much to offer visitors. There are some good whitewater spots on East Aspetuck River, and Thunder Ridge is a good local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Seth Low Pierrepont State Park Reserve is a great location to go if you're at Rogers Pond, and Mill Plain Swamp is an interesting swamp in close proximity to Rogers Pond.
