If you came to camp Peppertree Camping is a good site to do that; dry warm beds await you at The Inn at Woodstock Hill. This lake is so wonderful. Phoenixville Park Ponds is not far at all from Willimantic; camping at Charlie Brown Campground  
   is always a good experience.
And that's not all you can do here at Phoenixville Park Ponds. Poole Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out, and don't forget to take a nice little trip to Bigelow Brook. A delightful site like Bigelow Hollow State Park next to Phoenixville Park Ponds is too good to leave out, and if you're looking for a magnificent spree, Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley National Heritage Corridor is quite near.

               water scenery is available at Poole Pond Dam near Phoenixville Park Ponds, and if you need a place to stay Travelodge Sturbridge is a pleasant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is perfect on Quinebaug River; the summit of Pork Hill can be made out from Phoenixville Park Ponds. Phoenixville Park Ponds gets a great deal of water; most of the rain falls throughout November; February is the month with the least moisture.
For the duration of the summertime months here at Phoenixville Park Ponds, high temperatures regularly reach the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and overnight lows at Phoenixville Park Ponds all through the winter ordinarily dip into the 10's.
