So much exciting stuff to do at Pecks Pond, so little time. Pecks Pond is a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, Kettletown State Park is a tremendous location to camp nearby, and a golf course nearby is Ridgefield Golf Course. Summertime at Pecks Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and the nighttime       is fairly colder of course, typically in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are regularly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Pecks Pond. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to catch a glimpse of at Factory Pond Dam close to Pecks Pond, and naturally Branchville Brook is a charming stream that is worth stopping at. This lake is so wonderful. You'll hit upon a beautiful lake called Factory Pond near Pecks Pond, and Days Inn Ridgefield                  is a magnificent site to get some rest. Mountain Workshop is a great local campground; lakes are such serene places, why not go to Perrys Pond. Dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Bethel - Danbury. A splendid vista of striking Cedar Mountain is available from Pecks Pond; get yourself into a kayak and hit East Aspetuck River. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from Bridgeport-Stamford-Norwalk here, and Thunder Ridge has great slopes and a friendly staff.
