Get yourself into a kayak and hit Sandy Brook River; getting to Lovers Lane Brook from Patterson Pond is easy. This lake is so wonderful. in one place! Patterson Pond is so good! Crystal Lake Dam is a wonderful site close to Patterson Pond, and unsurprisingly, everyone loves John A. Minetto State Park. Tollgate Hill Inn is a pleasant spot to get some rest, and the Mattatuck
Trail offers hiking at its best. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit nearby Miscus Pond, and camping is available at Burr Pond State Park. This lake is so wonderful. Get dripping wet paddling on Bantam
River, and if you came for an overnight stay Macedonia Brook State Park is a splendid spot to camp. All through the months of summer highs here at Patterson Pond reach the 70's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Patterson Pond.
