If you like skiing, you're in luck; Mohawk Mountain is near Patterson Pond; Lovers Lane Brook is in the neighborhood of Patterson Pond and is always a bliss to pop by. Get wet paddling on Sandy Brook River, and enjoy a round of golf at Fairview Farm Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. So much entertaining stuff in the neighborhood of Patterson Pond, simply mind-blowing. If you need a place to stay Yankee Pedlar Inn is a perfect choice. Lakes are great; Miscus

| | Pond is a lake that's next to Patterson Pond. Go for a hike on the Mattatuck Trail, and paddling on Bantam River is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. At Patterson Pond you can see Besse Hill; the snow is great at Ski Sundown. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are in fact plentiful here at Patterson Pond. Everybody loves John A. Minetto State Park, and Crystal Lake Dam is a spot that is right next door to Patterson Pond. Good hiking is available along | |

the Tunxis Trail, and naturally, this is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Crystal Lake is a lake in the vicinity. The good people of Torrington like to hang out nearby, and if you came for an overnight stay Macedonia
Brook State Park is a great location to camp. Don't leave Patterson Pond without first going for a hike along the Mattatuck Trail, and why not camp at Burr Pond State Park while you're here at Patterson Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
Litchfield Town Beach is a beach near Patterson Pond that you can explore, and after a long day outdoors Tollgate Hill Inn is a splendid site to spend a night or two. Summer at Patterson Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's,
and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are generally in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Patterson Pond. Patterson Pond usually gets a lot of rain; the wettest
month of the year is usually June, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture.
