Old Scroggie Pond is a nice lake to visit. High temperatures at Old Scroggie Pond through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's while nighttime lows are generally in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Old Scroggie Pond drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular site for people from New Haven-Milford. A lovely lake like Goulds

to Bailey Creek from Old Scroggie Pond is easy; if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Washington Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A swamp like Cedar Island Meadow in close proximity to Old Scroggie Pond has
lots of attention-grabbing things to see, and you can stay the night at Riverdale Camp Sites. Do set aside some time for Podunk Great Plain if you're here at Old Scroggie Pond, and a day at Circle Beach is time well spent. This
lake is so wonderful. One of the dominant highlights of the surroundings of Old Scroggie Pond is Clapboard Hill; while you're here you can take a hike along the Mattabesset Trail. Do pop by Sullivans Pits Septic Lagoons in close proximity
to Old Scroggie Pond, it's a stunning lake; a tour to Chatfield Hollow State Park when you're here is never a bad idea. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Roaring Brook River; after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Guilford is a great
place to spend a night or two. The high level of rain makes Old Scroggie Pond a pretty wet location; April is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February.
