    It's always fun to stop by New Milford Reservoir Number 1. There's whitewater on East Aspetuck River for all you adrenaline junkies, and one of the overriding marks of the surroundings of New Milford Reservoir Number 1 is Aspetuck Hill. This lake is so wonderful. Bleachery Dam is not far at all from New Milford Reservoir Number 1, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a lazy day on the  
   beach at Pine Ledge, and why not camp at Buck's Rock Camp if you're here at New Milford Reservoir Number 1.
This lake is so wonderful. Summertime at New Milford Reservoir Number 1 comes with high temperatures in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at New Milford Reservoir Number 1 sink into the 10's. Visit Cross

Get your heart beating on the nice whitewater of Shepaug River, and Homestead Inn is a good place to get some rest.
New Milford Reservoir Number 1 gets a typical amount of rain; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. Here at New Milford Reservoir Number 1 you'll probably meet some people from Torrington, and sites like Lake Waramaug State Park are brilliant to visit. You're perhaps interested in lakes, Ferris Pond is one of those close by, and a forest nearby is Chestnut Lands.
You can never get enough of the splendid skiing at Woodbury, and since you're here you can play some golf at Candlewood Valley Country Club.
