What would winter be without some skiing at Thunder Ridge; Seth Low Pierrepont State Park Reserve is a pretty location any time of year. A good place to camp here at Lake Naraneka is Mountain Workshop, and the vista of Barrow Mountain is gorgeous. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious nearby hotel is SpringHill Suites Danbury, and Danbury Plaza Hotel       is a glorious location to get some rest. Man, is there loads of enjoyable things to do near Lake Naraneka. Camping is available at Kettletown State Park, and Lake Naraneka is a great lake nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Ridgefield Golf Course; at Lake Naraneka you always meet someone from Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Lake Naraneka, and during the night it cools                  down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Lake Naraneka dip into the 10's. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Lake Naraneka; May is the month that gets the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
