If only every place had this much outdoors fun things, what a great world it would be. Get soaked paddling on Farmington River - Collinsville, and not far from Mystic Reservoir you'll come across West Brook Reservoir which is a wonderful lake. Dry warm beds await you at Red Carpet Inn and Suites - Cheshire; hiking along the Regicides Trail is delightful fun. This lake is so wonderful. A large amount of rainfall       falls at Mystic Reservoir; August is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Very great water scenery is available at Mystic Reservoir South Dam close to Mystic Reservoir; Mystic Reservoir is right by the Quinnipiac Trail. Dossin Park Beach is a beach next to Mystic Reservoir that you can check out, and if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn WATERBURY is a good choice.                  The top of Bluff Head is easily spotted from Mystic Reservoir; golf can be played at Highland Golf Course. And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do close to Mystic Reservoir. Mystic Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Gentile's Camp Ground is a good local campground, and Brooksvale Stream is close to Mystic Reservoir and is always a bliss to explore. Going for a hike along the Naugatuck Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Powder Ridge while you're here. For the period of the days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Mystic Reservoir, and the night is slightly chillier of course, generally in the 50's. High temperatures all through the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Mystic Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Sleeping Giant State Park rejuvenates the spirit, and a good location to camp here at Mystic Reservoir is National Computer Camps. On a pleasant day you can stop at Brittany Meadows, a swamp near Mystic Reservoir, and beautiful scenery and splendid skiing is what you obtain at Mount Southington.
