     The beauty of Millers Pond attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes of Thunder Ridge is just what you need, and if you came for an overnight stay Kettletown State Park is a splendid place to camp. For the duration of the warm days of summer here at Millers Pond, high temperatures usually reach the 80's. Summer night lows sink down to the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are commonly in the 30's, and all through the  
   dark hours in the wintertime at Millers Pond temperatures descend to the 10's. Whitewater paddling is wonderful on East Aspetuck River, and lots of people from Poughkeepsie-Newburgh-Middletown come here.
Why not camp at Mountain Workshop if you're here at Millers Pond, and if you're here, you could also stop by pretty Taylors Pond. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Ridgefield CT Days Inn is a pleasant location to spend a night or two, and
 
               do stop at Pecks Pond, it's a delightful lake. It's a great idea to take a look at Branchville Brook, it's next to Millers Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Residence Inn By Marriott Danbury.
That right there is a heap already, but it continues; Millers Pond has it all. And that's not all you can do here at Millers Pond. In the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Norwalk River, and a round of golf at nearby Ridgefield Golf Course is a wonderful way to kill some time. There's some interesting stuff to make out at Steichens Pond Dam right next door to Millers Pond, and a splendid swamp in close proximity to Millers Pond is Huckleberry Swamp.
One of the principal characteristics of the surroundings of Millers Pond is Biddle Hill, and Seth Low Pierrepont State Park Reserve is a fine location to go to on a gorgeous day. The amount of precipitation that falls at Millers Pond is close to the national average; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
