On a gorgeous day you can pop by Walnut Public Beach close to Milford Reservoir; dry warm beds await you at Residence Inn Milford. Just can't get enough of Milford Reservoir. Stay the night at National Computer Camps; if you need a site to stay SpringHill Suites Milford is a tremendous choice. Milford Reservoir is right by the Regicides       Trail, and swamps are interesting sites and Billberry Swamp close to Milford Reservoir is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Quinnipiac Trail is perfect fun, and a tour to Fort Trumbull Beach is always a brilliant idea. Milford Reservoir is a wet spot that gets a lot of rainfall; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest month of the year is August. Gotta ski! Woodbury is a fine spot to do that; do take                  a hike on the Naugatuck Trail. Milford Reservoir is not the only place nearby, Beaver Brook Ponds is a nearby lake. There's so much to do here at Milford Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Hither Hills State Park is a splendid site for that. At Milford Reservoir through the summer months highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Milford Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something near Milford Reservoir? While staying at Milford Reservoir you could always explore Culvar Bar, and Osbornedale State Park is a picturesque place any time of year.
