During the warm days of summer at Middle Pond temperatures are generally in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and night lows at Middle Pond during the wintertime mostly fall into the 10's. This       lake is so wonderful. Near Middle Pond you find a golf course called Pequabuck Golf Club of Bristol, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Zeiner Pond. Gentile's Camp Ground is a splendid local campground; there's whitewater on Farmington River - Riverton for all you adrenaline kick people. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors amusing things the area near Middle Pond has to offer. Middle Pond is right                  by the Mattatuck Trail; Middle Pond is a pleasant location to visit for more than one day, Black Rock State Park is a pleasant location to camp nearby. If you need a spot to stay Americas Best Value Inn and Suites/Wolcott is a fine choice. Middle Pond in fact is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Courtyard Waterbury Downtown is a good spot to get some rest, and the top of Holt Hill is easily observed from Middle Pond. A spree to Black Rock State Park when you're here at Middle Pond is never a bad idea, and you can hit the slopes at Mount Southington close by. Marsh Brook is a picturesque stream that is worth visiting, and hiking along the Tunxis Trail is perfect fun. This lake is so wonderful. You'll meet a lot of folks from New Haven-Milford here, and Ski Sundown is a very popular ski area close at hand. Middle Pond is a pretty wet place regularly with much rainfall; June is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February.
