wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. An afternoon playing golf at Hillside Links Golf Course is always a pleasure, and camping is available at Wolf's Den Family Campground. High temperatures at McVeagh Pond during the warmest time
of the year are in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 30's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at McVeagh Pond temperatures plunge to the 10's.
