Elmwood Hill can be seen from Mary Brown Pond, and no need to travel far to pop by interesting stuff like Kentuck Ledges. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Walkabout Trail; paddling on Quinebaug River is so much fun. Here at Mary Brown Pond you'll possibly meet some folks from Willimantic, and there's great hiking along the Munyan Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Do pop by Hawkins Pond near Mary Brown Pond, it's a charming lake, and camping is available at Buck Hill Family Campground. Any time is a good time at Mary Brown Pond if you love the outdoors. Dayville is a pleasant spot to get some rest. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Mary Brown Pond. After a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn Brooklyn is a good location to spend a night or two; drift down the
rapids of Clear and Branch in a kayak. Mary Brown Pond gets much water; throughout the month of November you get the most rain around here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Visiting Quinebaug & Shetucket Rivers Valley
