Lakes are such serene sites, why not have a look at Maltby Lake right next door to Maltby Lakes North, and Econo Lodge Conference Center is a nice spot to get some rest. If only every site had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great earth it would       be. A round of golf at nearby Orange Hills Country Club is a great way to kill some time, and Maltby Lakes North is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Branchbrook Campground is a delightful place to camp nearby. All through the warmest time of the year here at Maltby Lakes North, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with                  lows in the 10's to Maltby Lakes North. This lake is so wonderful. A day at beautiful Prospect Beach near Maltby Lakes North is a great thing to do; on a wonderful day you obtain a great view of Allington Hill from Maltby Lakes North. Spend the day on the beach at Sea Bluff Beach since you're here at Maltby Lakes North, and Mount Southington has great slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. There's tremendous hiking along the Naugatuck Trail, and West Rock Ridge State Park is a good site. Good hiking is available along the Quinnipiac Trail; Wintergreen Brook is near Maltby Lakes North and is always a diversion to visit. Go for a hike on the Regicides Trail, and National Computer Camps is a great campground nearby. Man, is there plenty of amusing things to do close to Maltby Lakes North. If you're visiting Maltby Lakes North from New Haven-Milford, you won't be the only one, and Maltby Lakes North Dam is a scenic place.
