Salmon River; you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Poverty Island Beach. But wait, there's more to do close to Lyons Meadow Pond. For you golfers we recommend close by Hillside Links Golf Course; Joshua Rock is a great
location to take a look at while in the area. This lake is so wonderful. Eightmile River is a wonderful stream that is worth stopping at, and Lyons Meadow Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Wolf's Den Family Campground
is a great local campground. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Hammonasset River; a beautiful lake like Moulsons Pond is a perfect site to check out. Camping at Devil's Hopyard State Park is always a delightful
experience, and do set aside some time for Great Meadow while you're here at Lyons Meadow Pond. Going to Selden Neck State Park close to Lyons Meadow Pond is a tremendous thing to do, and Brockway Bar is another perfect location to
pop by close by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not stop at Foxboro Point also since you're here, and Book Hill is trouble-free to spot from Lyons Meadow Pond. Lakes are such serene places, why not stop at Falls River Pond close to Lyons Meadow Pond.

Odetah Campground
 | 19 miles away I am staying at odatah camp ground as I write this thay have wi-fi which is great. This is our first time here and we love it. we will be comming back many more times. We are staying in a nice cabin, but thay have very good camp sites as well. are cabin has a fridge,doubble bed,three twin beds but the (twins are a little narrow). This morning we played horseshoes Yhe seasonal campers were very under standing of are unfamiliarity with the game and had a wonderful time.we then went swimming in the lake. that was great. we then went in the pool and the hottub. hottub was nice and big. we then played shuffleboard and went to a barbeque(exellent ribs)and listen to a very good band. All in one day. can't wait for tomorrow.... |
