Lyons Meadow Pond is a       rather wet place usually with a great deal of rainfall; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February. But wait, there's more to do close to Lyons Meadow Pond. For you golfers we recommend close by Hillside Links Golf Course; Joshua Rock is a great location to take a look at while in the area. This lake is so wonderful. Eightmile River is a wonderful stream that is worth stopping at, and Lyons Meadow Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Wolf's Den Family Campground is a great local campground. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Hammonasset River; a beautiful lake like Moulsons Pond is a perfect site to check out. Camping at Devil's Hopyard State Park is always a delightful experience, and do set aside some time for Great Meadow while you're here at Lyons Meadow Pond. Going to Selden Neck State Park close to Lyons Meadow Pond is a tremendous thing to do, and Brockway Bar is another perfect location to pop by close by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not stop at Foxboro Point also since you're here, and Book Hill is trouble-free to spot from Lyons Meadow Pond.
