Lower Lagoon is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. All through the warm months highs here at Lower Lagoon get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 60's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Lower Lagoon. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Howard Johnson Express Inn -Groton; Seaport Campground is a magnificent local campground.
