You clearly ought to have a thing about Long Pond. It's a magnificent idea to go to Belden Brook, it's close to Long Pond; Long Pond is in close proximity to West Rock Ridge State Park which is a beautiful place. This lake is so wonderful. Lily Pond is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and while you're here at Long Pond, checking out Pine Rock is a must. Swamps are attention-grabbing places and Beaver Pond Meadows right next door to Long Pond is no exception; there is a good hiking trail nearby called the Naugatuck Trail. This is a popular place for folks from New Haven-Milford, and while you're here, you could also check out stunning Edgewood Park Pond. During the months of summer at Long Pond temperatures are regularly in the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's; overnight lows at Long Pond during the wintertime generally fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Gentile's Camp Ground while you're here at Long Pond. Camping is available at National Computer Camps, and Mount Southington has great slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful.
