The beauty of Little Pond is reason enough to stop by. What a spot this is for outdoors people. Little Pond is right by the Naugatuck Trail, and if you're looking for a beach nearby we recommend Morris Town Beach. Little Pond is a wet place that gets a good deal of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is usually August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. | | is just what you need, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Mattatuck Trail. A fine site to camp here at Little Pond is Hemlock Hill Camp Resort and Co-operative; why not head up to Woodbury and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. to Little Pond is relatively fine. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Stonybrook Golf Course, and nothing beats kicking back at Litchfield Town Beach. At Little Pond you always meet someone from Torrington,
and if you need a site to stay Torrington Super 8 Motel is a tremendous choice. Camping is available at Looking Glass Hill Campgrounds, and Marsh Point is very near and is a splendid location to pop by. This lake is so wonderful.
If the weather is lovely, you acquire a great sight of Barney Hill from Little Pond, and if you get bored of Little Pond you could also take a look at nearby Cranberry Pond. The Mattatuck Trail offers hiking at its best; get covered
with water paddling on Shepaug River. Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing things near Little Pond. There's some flowing water close by, Butternut Brook is a stream you can check out during your stay, and whitewater paddling
is splendid on Bantam River. During the summer here at Little Pond, high temperatures generally get into the 80's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's; all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Little Pond temperatures fall to the 10's.
