The beauty of Lily Pond attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. Near Lily Pond you hit upon a golf course called Orange Hills Country Club, and dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott New Haven At Yale. So many exciting things in close proximity to Lily Pond, definitely inspiring. Lily Pond is right by the Naugatuck Trail, and a cool spot to stop by is Pine Rock. This lake is so wonderful. Having a delightful time at Lily Pond is uncomplicated. A trip to Sea Bluff Beach in the neighborhood of Lily Pond is always a good idea, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Lily Pond; Regicides Trail is a pleasant local trail. Ridge State Park while you're here at Lily Pond; Mount Southington is a very popular ski area in close proximity.
While you're here at Lily Pond you will meet lots of folks from nearby New Haven-Milford, and a wonderful lake like
Lake Wintergreen is a great site to take a look at. Lily Pond generally gets a large amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls during May while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Lily Pond is great
enough to spend more than a day at, National Computer Camps is a great local campground; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Woodbury.
For the period of the warm months, highs usually are in the 80's
at Lily Pond while night lows are mostly in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are frequently in the 30's, and night lows through the winter for Lily Pond tend to be in the 10's. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Conference
Center is a great place to spend a night or two, and Lake Wintergreen Dam is wonderful. Camping at Gentile's Camp Ground is always a great experience.
