Lemanquais Pond gets a lot of water; through the month of August you get the most rain around here while January is ordinarily the driest month. Lemanquais Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Brook Farm And Camping Areas is a splendid local campground, and the best way to spend a winter day is       on the slopes of nearby Ski Sundown. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. A brilliant nearby hotel is Quality Inn & Suites, and during your visit here you'll meet some folks from Torrington for sure. Going for a hike along the Link Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; getting to Center Brook from Lemanquais Pond is simple. You're probably interested in lakes, Colebrook River Lake is one of those close by, and Otis Ridge                  is a very popular ski area close at hand. Summertime highs at Lemanquais Pond mostly tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's.
