     What would winter be without some skiing at Mohawk Mountain, and after a long day outdoors Sharon Motor Lodge is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. On a gorgeous day you obtain a sight of Bald Peak from Lakeville Reservoir Number 2, and paddling on Bash Bish Brook is so much fun. During the days of summer at Lakeville Reservoir Number 2 temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the overnight is somewhat cooler of course, commonly  
   in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lakeville Reservoir Number 2. This lake is so wonderful. Mudge Pond Town Beach is in close proximity to Lakeville Reservoir Number 2 if you're in a beach type of mood, and unsurprisingly Decker Brook flows through this neighborhood.
Mt. Washington State Forest is both magnificent and pretty, and it's right next door to Lakeville Reservoir Number 2;
 
               there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Northrop Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Taconic State Park Rudd Pond is a great campground nearby, and on a tremendous day you can take a hike along the Indian Trail.
The slopes of Catamount are so inviting noone can resist, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Housatonic River. Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are really bountiful here at Lakeville Reservoir Number 2. Nearby lakes? Sure, Taylor Pond is near Lakeville Reservoir Number 2; dry warm beds await you at Days Inn Great Barrington. Looking for something close to Lakeville Reservoir Number 2? Lakeville Reservoir Number 1 is nearby, and you can stay the night at Taconic State Park Copake Falls.
Going for a hike on the Elbow Trail is always a great adventure; South Pond Dam is charming. So much cool stuff close to Lakeville Reservoir Number 2, definitely impressive. If you're here at Lakeville Reservoir Number 2 and you like golf, you can visit Undermountain Golf Course; you're sure to encounter some great people from Torrington here. From a rain point of view Lakeville Reservoir Number 2 is a pretty normal spot; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
