If you are in this part of Connecticut make sure to pay a visit to Lake Wintergreen. Lake Wintergreen is a pretty wet place frequently with lots of precipitation; May is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Belden Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth a visit, and if you came to camp Holiday Hill Day Camp is a nice place to do that. This lake is so wonderful. | | you're here at Lake Wintergreen; it's close by; if you're keen on cool geologic highlights try Pine Rock.
Go for a hike on the Naugatuck Trail, and the slopes of Powder Ridge are so inviting noone can resist. Places like West Rock Ridge State Park are brilliant to stop by; you're sure to run into some fine people from New Haven-Milford here. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Lake Wintergreen.

nearby hotel is Courtyard By Marriott New Haven At Yale, and a round of golf at nearby Laurel View Country Club Golf is a magnificent way to kill some time. Throughout the summer highs here at Lake Wintergreen get into the 80's. Throughout
the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Lake Wintergreen. An exciting thing to visit in the neighborhood of Lake Wintergreen
is Lake Wintergreen Dam. There's so much to do here at Lake Wintergreen that you need to camp here for a while, National Computer Camps is a wonderful place for that.
You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining
things at Lake Wintergreen. Going for a hike on the Quinnipiac Trail is always a good adventure; if you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Conference Center is a wonderful choice. Mount Southington is a tremendous local ski area; close by you discover the Regicides Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail.
