After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Conference Center is a fine spot to spend a night or two, and swing by Sanford Brook it's a great place to explore. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Lake Watrous you can catch a sight of Carrington Hill. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lake Watrous has to offer, you can camp at National Computer Camps. This lake is so wonderful. There's good hiking along the Regicides       Trail, and since you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Laurel View Country Club Golf. Really pleasant skiing awaits you at Woodbury. There's so much to do here at Lake Watrous that you need to camp here for a while, Gentile's Camp Ground is a nice place for that. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Watrous; Quinnipiac Trail is a wonderful local trail, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Mount Southington. Man, is there plenty of                  amusing things to do in the neighborhood of Lake Watrous. While you're here at Lake Watrous, you could also stop at beautiful Lake Watrous. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Naugatuck Trail, and you'll meet a lot of folks from New Haven-Milford here. Lake Watrous sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain while February is regularly the driest month. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Glen Lake is a nearby lake that you could stop at, and why not visit Lake Watrous Dam if you're here. The warmest time of the year at Lake Watrous arrives with high temperatures in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Lake Watrous.
