| | choice. Through the summertime months highs here at Lake Marie reach the 70's. Summer night lows drop down to the 60's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while Lake Marie nighttime low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. lake. Lake Marie is a wet spot that gets a lot of rainfall; November is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. Don't leave Lake Marie without first going for a hike along the Narragansett Trail,
and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by nearby Frog Pond. You can run the rapids of Natchaug River near Lake Marie; if you came to camp Salt Rock Family Camping is a great location to do that. Now,
you may feel that's lots but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Lake Marie. During your spree to Lake Marie you'll meet some people from Norwich-New London for sure; Frog Pond Dam is a beautiful location.
