At Hammonasset Reservoir Dam near Lake Hammonasset there are some out of the ordinary things to see, and a tremendous close by hotel is Tower Inn and Suites. is a lake close by; if you need a site to stay Madison Beach Hotel is a splendid choice. You can run the rapids of Roaring Brook River in the vicinity of Lake Hammonasset; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of
close by Powder Ridge. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Mattabesset Trail; if you want to hit the beach, Circle Beach is in the vicinity. A round of golf at nearby Guilford Lakes Golf Course is a delightful way to kill
some time, and don't leave Lake Hammonasset without first going for a hike along the Washington Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Lake Hammonasset you'll probably meet some people from Hartford-West Hartford-East Hartford,
and don't forget to take a wonderful little journey to Chatfield Hollow Brook. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Laurelwood Pond, and don't leave without going to Chatfield Hollow State Park.
