Float down the rapids of Farmington River - Collinsville in a kayak, and the Tunxis Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably keen on lakes, Southington Reservoir Number 1 is one of those close by, and if you need a location to stay Residence Inn Southington is a pleasant choice. If you came to camp Black Rock State Park is a nice spot to do that; there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Mattatuck Trail. There

There's just no way anybody can get bored here at LaCourse Pond.
