All through the days of summer highs here at Konolds Pond reach the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while Konolds Pond nighttime low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 10's. Dry warm beds await you at Courtyard By Marriott New Haven At Yale, and Lake Wintergreen is a perfect lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. After       a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Conference Center is a tremendous place to spend a night or two, and the skiing at Woodbury is great. West Rock Ridge State Park is worth visiting if you're at Konolds Pond, and the Naugatuck Trail is a magnificent hiking trail close by. Near Konolds Pond you locate a golf course called Laurel View Country Club Golf; why not camp at Gentile's Camp Ground since you're here at Konolds Pond. On a good day at Konolds Pond you can                  take a hike along the Quinnipiac Trail; during your tour here you'll meet some people from New Haven-Milford for sure. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Mount Southington is close to Konolds Pond, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Regicides Trail. Camping is available at National Computer Camps; Lake Wintergreen Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. Be careful coming to Konolds Pond, you might not ever wanna go home again. Sea Bluff Beach is close to Konolds Pond if you're in a beach type of mood. All the water falling down from the sky makes Konolds Pond a wet location; during the month of May you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Konolds Pond.
